I’ve dreamed of doing this exact project

Its going to have FZJ80 axles with lockers and 35's. its even in the color mine was.

I would have liked to have seen it done with a 5 door which would have solved the problem of having the engine in the passenger seat, but oh well.

Yup. That’s what the “4" is in rav4. They also made fwd ones too... For some reason.

see if I did my project it would be cut wheelwells, longer control arms up front and then cut through coilovers into the body I wouldn’t bother with solid axles, but then again mine would be setup for high speed stuff not crawling like theirs.
